Mr. Kim Siritaweechai is the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at Intouch Holdings PLC, Thailand’s leading value-creation asset management company in the telecom and media business.
Mr. Kim has more than twenty years of experience in managing finance for various business lines. He started his career as an Audit-Operation at SGV N-Thalang Co., Ltd. in 1992. He later moved on to assume the Chief Accounting of International Broadcasting Company in 1994, before taking up the Financial Planning Specialist at Shin Corporation PLC in 1995. Mr. Kim was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management in 2014. His duties include overseeing the subsidiaries performance, reviewing the company and its subsidiaries strategic direction, business plan, budgets, Balanced Scorecards and Key Performance Indicators. He is also responsible for investor relations and feasibility study on new opportunities in various business sectors. In addition, Mr. Siritaweechai is a member of the Board and the executive committee of subsidiaries in INTOUCH Group.
Mr. Kim graduated from Thammasat University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 1995 he returned to Thammasat University to obtain a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Head of Invent
Narongpon Boonsongpaisan is Head of InVent at Intouch Holdings PLC, where he leads new business development for new growth opportunity of Intouch group. He previously helped establish “InVent” and invested in “Ookbee” in 2012 and also helped establish a joint venture “High Shopping” in 2015. Narongpon currently sits on Intouch VC committee.
Narongpon has over 12 years of business development and managerial experience in telecom, media, technology, and digital businesses. Narongpon holds a Ph.D., in Engineering from University of Warwick (UK)
Apiwan works as Business Analyst in Venture Capital Team at InVent. Her duty is to explore the investment opportunities for future portfolio companies. Another role is to support the portfolio companies to create the good value and synergy for the continuous improvement in Thailand's Startup Ecosystem.
Apiwan started her work career with Accenture and specialized on Financial Services in IT implementation projects in leading commercial banks in Thailand.
For academic background, Apiwan graduated in MSc & BSc in Management Technology from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University.
Pongwut sources and leads the financial assessment of investment opportunities and deal execution, from structuring to closing. He also advises the portfolio companies on transaction and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining InVent, Pongwut worked in the investment banking department at Kasikornbank, a leading commercial bank in Thailand. Pongwut was in charge of advising the optimal capital structure through executions of many advanced financing instruments such as syndicated loan and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), including the first ever REIT underwritten in Thailand, IMPACT Growth REIT.
Pongwut graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, holding an MSc in Finance with concentration in Corporate Finance and Investment.
Orathai oversees Invent’s post-investment portfolio and all business expansions. She is responsible for value creation by developing strong connections with both private and public sectors including the government, corporations, startups, and CVC.
With 8 years in the airline and followed by 6 years in banking, Orathai brings a plethora of skills to lead and uncover business opportunities for our organization. She was a project Coordinator at the Bank of Ayudhya for Retail and Transformation team. Orathai was also one of the co-founders of the E-Business team at the Bank of Ayudhya.
Orathai received her B.S in Computer Science from Mahidol University International College and her MBA in International Business & Entrepreneurship from Chulalongkorn University.
Sununtha supports market research related to new business opportunities for Business Development & InVent team as well as preparing document materials and event support
Sununtha graduated from Thammasat university, MSc in Marketing Management
Marketing & Operations
Suparat is responsible for planning and coordination of marketing & event-related activities. Before joining InVent, she has experience with the tech media e27 and co-working space & community HUBBA.
Suparat received her bachelor's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University.
Office & Operations
Nitima handles administrative and office tasks as well as supporting the operations for InVent, including documents and archives, expenses, travel and events.
Nitima has been with Intouch Group for more than 10 years in compliance and administration functions.
